I was able to pick a winner and get unlimited revisions within a week. And then, the handover process is the fastest, most stress-free I have ever seen. There have been times in the past when I have to bicker with freelancers on Elance or vWorker to get different file types. They want to charge for this file type and that file type. With 99designs, I received 8 different file types including transparent and vector to use on ANY background and to edit anything in the future. 99designs is the future of design, I completed a logo and business card project in probably half the time and a third of the cost of a traditional design project. I'm very happy with the outcome I got.

I was a little bit dubious about going with an on-line graphic design site, as opposed to the more traditional route of briefing a specific design company for our logo, but I'm glad I gave it a try. Whilst there's little doubt that to some degree you get out of the process what you put into it-- feedback to the designers is critical --one of the strengths of 99designs is that you get to choose from a range of different designs and designers. And while this did take a fair amount of time, the end result for us, was well worth it.
