In this proposal I tried a minimalistic approach in order to have an impactful, fresh, energetic logo able to remain deeply impressed in the audience and whoever would come in contact with the project.
The green represents the environment, such an an important topic nowadays, and the orange represents the passion needed to overcome social challenges.")

I tried to embed the brief in 3 main concepts:
1) Sense of community: the village is in the center, becoming a point of reference for the people of the area to solve local challenges and boost positive change.
2) Circular organic shape: it conveys a sense of welcoming and openness, where everybody is equal and all the People of The Village can contribute to the greater good.
3) Since the project has the same name of the famous band I thought of using a funky font & vibrant colours B-)
I provided few different variations in order to let the client see more possibilities and let him decide his favourite one. This logo is also really suitable to be animated for social media or a website (ex. spinning).")

2) An asymmetric layout was used using an asymmetric grid and composing every design element in a balanced and not fortuitous way.
3) Using handwritings helped to add a sense of lightness and make the user focus on some of the main keywords related to Mantarraya's brand
4) The homepage and the brand page were merged in a way that all the relevant information could be discovered in a slight way by the user while scrolling down following the line of the main wave present in the webpage, canalizing all this energetic movement into the visualization of Mantarraya's Instagram feed in order to follow and discover their contents")
