We want our front and back label designed for our wine bottle. We envision the front will have plenty of white space using a textured paper that is some sort of eggshell to off-white. The font selection is important and one idea we're really liking is to emulate a dictionary like design that beneath our name lists the pronunciation, noun, and the definitions all in a smaller font than the larger name.
See two examples attached. One more the texture/color example and another for layout.
The back needs to have the legal requirements above which we'll provide some text about our brand.
We're likely going to use a bordeaux style, dark green bottle.
What to avoid
For the definition part of the label to go just under the name use the below (this is exactly what should be on the label - nothing else):
aesthete
noun aes·thete \ˈes-ˌthēt
refined sensitivity toward the beauties of art and nature with indifference to practical matters.

This is an example of what needs to go on the back label for the bottle. Please make the back match the style, font, colors, etc. and input our name.
If you use fonts that require a license, confirm with the client they're ok with it. For licensing reasons, it is better to provide your client with information on how to acquire the font rather than providing the actual files.
Just the bottle color and shape. This is an antique/dark green bordeaux style bottle.
