Title Services/Escrow is a business based upon trust and our Title Company name is synonymous with truth so we would like our Company logo to convey the attribute of trust.
Our slogan is "Experience Excellence Escrow: and this can be included if it fits in cleanly, but we don't want it to be in the way or sacrifice the creativity or polish of the overall design if it doesn't.
We value logos that incorporate all the required elements in a way that is unique to our brand name. The best logos will only work for our brand and we are unlikely to give favorable reviews to cliche or name substitutable logos.
Very Important: Please only submit logos on a plain square white background without mockups or additional background colors. Including an explanation is good, but if you do so please include a version with and a version without.

If you use fonts that require a license, confirm with the client they're ok with it. For licensing reasons, it is better to provide your client with information on how to acquire the font rather than providing the actual files.
