We offer online business valuations of company shares. Companies who want to know how much their business is worth, can fill in an online form with company data. Our software calculates the real value of the company.
This is a much cheaper option than working with a consulting company, they charge at least 30x more for similar valuations.
Our target group is:
- company owners who want to sell,
- people who want to buy a business
- internal transfer of shares (e.g. within families)
- succession planning
- to get bank loans
Our tool is also interesting for accountants.
The tool works ideally for smaller companies, not large enterprises.
Optional: use the slogan in the logo but if possible also provide a variant without the slogan.

If you use fonts that require a license, confirm with the client they're ok with it. For licensing reasons, it is better to provide your client with information on how to acquire the font rather than providing the actual files.
Text in logos should be converted to outlines.
