Clean, Modern, Sharp design for a design/drafting firm

We are a Design and Drafting firm for residential designs in Ontario Canada. So I create working drawing (blueprints) for new builds, garages, additions, renovations, and decks (Basically everything related to Houses). We do everything from designing the layout of your space to what the elevations/exterior is going to look like. Eventually I want to concentrate on New Builds only, with a *Modern/Contemporary design* (see home examples below) - very clean designs (hoping my logo can reflect that). My target audience with be contractors/custom builders and clients in their 40's-50's looking to build their dream home in Ontario.

So after seeing many designs! Wow this was very hard getting down to just 6!! Anyways, I have decided that I would like my colours to be Green, White and Black (but I want to try Charcoal either in place of black or with it, lets see what we can do!). As for the Green, please see the new reference photo I have updated - That being said, I'm thinking not quite as turquois (or aqua), maybe a tad more on the green side? Again, depending on the actual design that colour of green could be adjusted - maybe we can try almost a lime green as well (I'm curious as to what that might look like).

I have uploaded a few fonts that I really like - these styles anyways. Doesn't have to be exact, but i think there is a common theme if you look at them all.

I am looking for creative and unique. I want something clean, sharp, and modern looking. The designs under 'Attachments' are just logos I came up with on an AI generated website. These are only ideas, the AI was very limited to a logo beside a name. I don't mind seeing more than just that. But, if you are planning on adding some type of house symbol/shape to your design, please have it look like a modern house, not your typical double pitched roof.
Again, not limited to just the above styles shown - they are just examples of things I have liked. I want creative and unique!!

As for shapes, again just something modern looking, clean, sharp, stands out. I want people to look at my logo and know exactly what my company is (whether its incorporated with the name in the logo or not). I think from the attached photos you can see I am drawn to that modern house look, flat or single angled roof. Obviously not restricted to that, I cant decide of that's too much or if that says this is exactly what I do (I know, doesn't make sense as that's exactly what I want haha). That's why I need a professional to do this.
