PERSOBLOGGER.DE ist eine der bekanntesten Websites im deutschsprachigen Raum zum Thema Personalmanagement. Im Sinne eines "einmal hin, alles drin" finden Interessierte dort Artikel, Studien, Infografiken, Jobs, Veranstaltungen, Anbieter, Blog-Übersichten, Podcasts, Buchempfehlungen und vieles mehr. Alles zum Thema Personal (HR für Human Resources). Es gibt bereits einen Podcast namens Klartext HR. Nun soll ein weiteres Podcast-Format gelauncht werden, dafür braucht es ein Podcast-Cover und eine Designlinie für die Vermarktung. In the spirit of ‘once there, everything there’, interested parties can find articles, studies, infographics, jobs, events, providers, blog overviews, podcasts, book recommendations and much more. Dabei soll die interviewte Person freigestellt (oder auch nicht freigestellt) abgebildet werden und eine Art "Signet" auf den Podcast hinweisen. Beide quadratischen Cover sollten aus einem Guss sein und sehr modern + ein reduziertes Thumb mit dem Logo (ohne Fotos/Bilder) Der Titel des Podcasts lautet: Deine HR-Bühne Untertitel: Sichtbar, bekannt und erfolgreich in der Personalbranche Farblich hätte ich gerne schwarz als Hintergrund und goldene Schrift. Es sollte klar sein, dass wir folgende drei Zielgruppen (kostenpflichtig) in ein Spotlight setzen, bzw. ihnen ihre HR-Bühne bauen, sprich sie vermarkten: Zielgruppen: 1. HR-Dienstleister (Unterrnehmen), die Leistungen in der HR-Branche verkaufen wollen und nach Bekanntheit suchen (eine unserer Kernleistungen auch auf PERSOBLOGGER.DE 2. Arbeitgeber (ebenfalls Unternehmen), die als attraktiver Arbeitgeber bekannt werden wollen in der Welt der HR-Menschen 3. sonstige Menschen, die z.B. als Speaker oder Influencer in der HR-Szene bekannt werden wollen. Wir verleihen mit dem Podcast Sichtbarkeit. Zum einen über die Podcast-Streams selbst, zum anderen durch ein Bundle an Leistungen auf unserer Plattform und via Social Media Vermarktung. Es soll sich um eine Hochglanz-Dienstleistung handeln. Das Cover soll daher modern sein und Lust machen, den Podcast anzuhören bzw. selbst auf die Audio "HR-Bühne" zu steigen und die Betrachter überzeugen, mehrere Tausend Euro für eine Episode zu investieren. Maybe it would be an idea to have some kind of spotlight or highlight on "HR". We build a stage, set highlights on people, set them in the center of attention. So maybe this could be an idea?
