Aufgabe: Der Gastwirtschaftler wird ein Online-Training, das Gründer darauf vorbereitet einen gastronomischen Betrieb zu grü... Im Online-Kurs werden Inhalte von der Idee über das Gastronomie-Konzept, Standorte, Gewerbe, Versicherungen, Umsätze bis hin zur Eröffnung des eigenen Betriebs ... Zielgruppe: Überwiegend jüngere Menschen...), meist männlich, die gerne Ihren Traum vom eigenen Restaurant, Foodtruck, Cafe, ... eröffnen möchten, jedoch noch nicht wissen wie das funktionieren soll oder welche Dinge dafür nötig ... Die Zielgruppe sind nicht zwangsläufig die Menschen, die tatsächlich die Ressourcen und die finanziellen Mittel haben ein Restaurant zu gründen, sondern vielmehr all jene, die diesen Traum ...
