The company is a small business based in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, dedicated to celebrating African craftsmanship and ethical trade. It offers handmade, fair-trade gifts and home décor accents at farmers’ markets, street fairs, and craft shows across Saskatchewan. Each product is sourced from six different African countries and is thoughtfully made by skilled women weavers and a small number of male artisans. The logo reflects this story -featuring a woman weaver and her handcrafted products placed within the map of Africa, symbolizing the deep connection between the artisans, their heritage, and the work they create. Through this business, the company helps support these artisans on their journey toward financial independence while sharing their craft and culture with the wider community.

Timeless, simple and elegant unicorn themed logo

I really had great time working on this design and m quite happy with results. My main goal was to design winged unicorn trotting showing off his wings. After creating initial silhouette, I refined and added small cuts to give it more depth and uniqueness, so this logo was born. Client was really happy with results as well.
