L'objectif est d'améliorer la relation ... A chaque plainte, nous alertons le professionnel visé afin que celui-ci ne perde pas de temps pour résoudre le problè... Il faut un Logo assez percutant pour que cela parle au consommateur, qu'il se rende compte que nous comprenons sa frustration, et assez "calme" pour que le professionnel ait confiance en nous et qu'il ne sente pas être pris à parti et jeté au pilori/ LE SECTEUR EST UNE ACTIVITE COMMUNAUTAIRE (MAIS PAS A BUT NON LUCRATIF)
