About us
We are a coffee shop in a small town in Switzerland which sells italian style coffee classics, "modern" style coffee beverages (cold brew) and piadina - the italian kind of a ... All our food is simple, healthy (mostly bio, small amount of fat/sugar, no palm oils), homemade and "fast". We roll our piadina dough right before your eyes, bake it on a hot grill in two minutes, fill it with tasty original italian ham, mozzarella, rucola, ... and serve it directly to be consumed in our shop or to take ... We also make some simple, fresh green salads, chocolate, hazelnut and lemon cake, amaretti and other well known italian style sweets and ... We clearly focus on high quality food and coffee and preferedly use regional sourced ... In addition, as a small part of our business, we also sell roasted coffee beans which we directly import from Italy, as well as coffee making supplies like chemex, V..., cold dripper, filter paper, travel ...
