Design captivating website for management consulting firm

We offer project management / management consulting to companies in various sectors (prime target is financial institutions e.g banks, insurance companies) Our target audience are business managers / senior management.

We wish to have simple and minimalistic site with a few key messages to draw the attention. We dont see that the webpage needs to be too informative and want to capture the effect/attention with a captivating design. We dont take ourselves too seriously and the design can be also playful to differentiate from other similar service providers (which often have sites overloaded with information and details - and from our view nobody reads those anyway).

At this time we want to have one landing/main page that can be scrolled. When clicking the top menu then you land to right place in the page. links/pages being Fracas - landing page(introduction who we are), Services (what we do and values to our customers – not too long text just highlights), Contact (our contact details, form to send a message, and maybe map to guide to our office) Join us! (would like to have nice page to attract candidates and explain our philosophy – and template )

We really are not designers ourselves, so we are open to good suggestions to get the best captivating design.
