This web site will have a home search embedded in it by our programmers. Orizon Real Estate wants their clients to be able to seach for homes, find an agent and read about their company. Home buyers and sellers in Northern Indiana. This is a brokerage office web site that will allow searching of real estate for sale, agent identification, brokerage background, etc.... The site must be have a professional, polished image.

Use the current Orizon real estate logo and colors. The site should have an elegant, professional feel.

Design the home page of this new website.
Site design should be 962 pixels wide, and centered on the page.
Site should use the Orizon real estate corporate color pallet.
Site can have a spot for a slideshow or flash slideshow like a lot of sites have now.
We will be building the home search functions that drive the site.
We would like to have the graphic design, and the CSS style sheets to build it.
We would like to have the original .psd files so we can make modifications if we need to later. We design using HTML, ASP, CSS, Fireworks.
