New website design wanted for ZipSure.ca

ZipSure.ca

We offer personal lines insurance completely online, from building a quote to buying the policy, managing the policy, payments, etc. This is all done within a logged in portion of the site that is not part of this contest.

What is in this contest are the landing and information pages that are the public facing side of ZipSure.ca. The initial pages can be seen at ZipSure.ca. We recognize the need for their redevelopment and expansion.

Although we are starting with tenant insurance at this point, we are not limiting ourselves to that. We will eventually offer many different types of insurance, but they will also be personal not corporate. Our target audience, therefore, is the entire spectrum of the consumer market, from 18 year olds up.

Our service caters to consumers who are comfortable living on the internet.

At this point we are looking at strictly English speakers. There is no requirement for French language support, but we will likely consider this in the future.

We want the design to appear as simple as possible, using solid geometric shapes. Shading, shadowing, fadeouts, etc. is welcome, so long as it does not appear complex.

1) Home page, general launch screen. This provides the initial information and offers links to the most common products that we offer. At this point the product selection is limited to ZipTenant. The page will also have links to all of the other pages, and a link to the login section of the site. The login page will not be incorporated into a non-ssl page.

2) A basic form for landlords to fill out information on themselves and their buildings. This would have general form fields for name and address, and optionally a grid for entering basic apartment building information.

3) A FAQ page, where the customer could browse the main topics (My Account, My Quote, My Policy, My Payments, Claims), see the list of questions for each question, and jump to the question and answer for that question.

4) A Contact Us / Partners / Awards / Testimonials page. This is a read-only page to present things like the ICTA award that are currently presented on our home page.
