Passiv Science guides large-scale Passivhaus building projects nationwide, empowering teams with the expertise and integration for success. High performance Passivhaus construction brings unparalleled durability, efficiency, and comfort to buildings, reducing both carbon footprint and operational and maintenance costs.W We achieve this by fusing, new, 21st century building science knowledge with cross-disciplinary integration. The website needs to communicate expertise and a proven track record of success to a target audience that includes business owners, university presidents, public school boards, sports arena owners, community center directors, project architects, etc. ... basically, key stakeholders in "commercial" (read, large-scale) building projects. Expertise grounded in science, innovation, management prowess, precision, green building...
Pretty wide open. Needs to exude professionalism and expertise. Should be informed by the look and feel of our logo.
We need: 1. HOME PAGE Page purpose: communicate that we are the experts with the science chops and project management acumen necessary to revolutionize building performance for larger projects Primary elements: Passiv Science logo Clean, visually appealing navigation bar/scheme Sexy image (ideally rotating beauty shots of completed project(s)) Short marketing copy communicating your expertise and unique offering Clear "call to action"... to EMAIL. Secondary elements: (below "the fold"): Blog roll of most recent posts (up to 3) Footer with name, address, phone, email 2. OUR WORK template (applies to several "Our Work" pages) Page purpose: capture search traffic of potential clients looking for help on their buildings. Answer their questions, demonstrate thought leadership, convert to “lead”. Primary elements: 100-word description of Passiv Science’s approach to that project type Sexy image Clear "call to action"... to EMAIL “Curated” blog roll showing most recent blog posts relevant to that project type 3.
