Great work and design came out as request. Would recommend them on 99 designs as one of the top.
It was a pleasure working with LeoErez.
How joshua.haebets started their web page design journey
Who are you known as?
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
The purpose of this project is to create a new website for Evolve Digital (evolve-digital.com.au), advertising their flagship product, “eControl”. Two other products currently in development will also appear on a separate “products” page along with eControl, to help fill out the site.
eVolve Digital helps organizations look after their people, documents and inventory with applications that are powerful and easy to use. eVolve Digital’s cloud-based apps let you deliver on your compliancy goals, keep track of your physical assets, and manage the certifications and qualifications of your staff.
eControl lets organizations of all sizes manage their controlled documents through a single, easy to use portal. It helps you meet your compliance requirements and automate the publication, review and administration of your most critical information, such as policies, procedures and forms.
What industry do you think your business is most related to?
What do you have in mind for the style and theme of the web page?
Website Style and Basic Colour Schemes
Purple, orange, grey-scale and minimal text.
We're selling a single product, so we want the site to look robust with a minimal amount of content.
Our target demographic is typically conservative: government organizations of various kinds, and other business entities largely concerned with policy and procedure.
We want to minimize stock photography where we can. Illustration is good, provided it’s not cartoony.
Refer to the accompanying Positioning and Messaging files for text content and to guide layout. Ie, each area below may have an overview + three value pillars of text, provided the page layouts don’t all end up looking the same.
- Evolve Digital P+M: About page
- eControl P+M: Home page, Products page (condensed)
- eCert P+M: Products page (condensed)
- eVentory P+M: Products page (condensed)
1. Home: eControl detailed product pitch, illustrating the content in the attached Positioning and Messaging frameworks. Also includes
a. Explainer video (product features overview)
b. Whiteboard video (humorous example of the “document lifecycle”)
c. Call to action (“Schedule a Demo”) in top banner and bottom of page
2. Products page
Summary content for each of our three products (short overview pitch, three value pillars with 3 pieces of evidence/bullets each—as seen in attached Positioning and Messaging frameworks). All three products appear in three separate banner sections on the one page.
3. Customer Success
a. 3-5 case studies/solution descriptions
4. About us
5. Contact page
a. Contact details
b. Google maps banner
Required Website Features
We need the following features available in the website.
1. Search feature (On all pages)
2. Contact form (Schedule a Demo)
a. Short text section at the top: invitation, likely demo length (15min)
b. Form goes to email@example.com
i. First name
ii. Last name
iii. Organization name
iv. A bit about my requirements: (text box, no minimum/optional)
v. Preferred day of the week
vi. Preferred time of day (morning/afternoon)
3. Animated counters for number of clients and other facts (see getstencil.com)
a. Not sure yet which page to put it on—home?
4. Contact Us form on Contact page
a. Goes to firstname.lastname@example.org
5. Social Media Links
a. LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter
The attached Positioning and Messaging documents describe in detail the value of the products and how it will be communicated.
