I have a very diverse audience. The objective of the site is to educate people regards how the model works and how we can help them. There wont be any transactions off the site, just videos and links showing them how it works. The design document goes into lots of details. I have left the homepage description a bit vague but the idea is to give a generic description of us and then differentiate them into customer type pretty fast.
