We have developed a new html-based, browser game called Race Kings. The game is in dire need of a professionally designed homepage and template.
Desired Color Scheme:
Fun, Fast, Vibrant
Accepted File Formats:
Layered Formats (.psd or .tiff)
The current game can be viewed here: http://racekings.flizzo.com/
This is a competitors game site: http://www.nittolegends.com/
Obviously, we're worlds apart in terms of the professionalism and fun factor and we need to close the gap.
What we're looking for:
1) Homepage design. This contest will be for the homepage design and the homepage must incorporate the following:
a) a very visible "Register Free" link
b) a login/password area for existing players
c) a counter for players online
d) a 250x250 area to display latest race winners.
e) a header/footer (possibly same as homepage but probably the homepage wouldn't have the same header links)
f) stylized treatment for the name "Race Kings" in the header and incorporated into the homepage design.
g) The homepage should include a short description of the game .... "Race Kings is a round-based game of grand theft auto and stat based racing. It's free and requires no download."
2) An interior page design that includes:
a) the standard header/footer that would be used on all interior pages. The header navigation items will be: HOME, RACE, CARS, MISSIONS, TARGETS, RANKS, MESSAGES, SYNDICATE, HELP
b) a standard table layout to be used to display tabular data in the game. For example, http://www.nittolegends.com/default.aspx the right has their table of Top Steet Cred, Top Ballers, etc. We don't like their table much, but all throughout the game we need to present tabular data and so want a professionally designed look for our tables. We really like the tables we see on this page: http://www.nittolegends.com/1320Sho…ault.aspx their membership packages.
Obviously these designs will require some stock photos.  We will buy any stock photos required but the winner must use only available stock photos that we can easily purchase.
AFTER CONTEST WORK:
We expect to have several hundred dollars in follow-up work for the contest winner to do small things like buttons, icons, additional custom headers, etc. We would pay for this work outside of this contest.
