Total re-branding and design change of website

SPF Realty http://www.spfrealty.com/ is a real estate broker company that helps people buy, sell, rent and rent out properties.
It is located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and does business in the Entire UAE.
At SPF our theme is personal care of the client. We aren't just another real estate company that does business. We want to be shown as the client's friend. We care about the client personal needs.

We want to show that we have the best deals available for the client.

We have a casual, friendly yet very professional attitude and we want to show this professional attitude through our website.

People who want to buy, sell , rent or rent out properties. i.e. Sellers, Buyers, Landlords, Tenant.

Our current site is http://www.spfrealty.com. The design for this site is too boxed. The images are not sharp enough and the icons used are not up to the mark. We want the site to look extremely professional and the perfect design example.

1) Home Page or Landing Page

- If design is optimised for the web and text, fonts and layouts and will be usable on any browser
