Toplist Design for Hentai Site $150

Summary
This contest is for a Toplist based on JMB's Autorank for $150. If the design works out I will be ordering some banners as well for three other hentai sites if you're interested. My first contest here, forgive me if I've forgotten something.

A site you could take as an example of what I really like:
*Adult Site, PLS send PM for link* - great site and a nice style. I want the same kind of header, I also want some buttons on the same location for these things:
- Home
- Sign up
- Login
- Banners
- Contact
Some other sites I like:
http://www.saudi123.com - I kinda like the green buttons left besides the knife. The header is pretty cool as well, the rest aint.
*Adult Site, PLS send PM for link* - There's a block on the right called "Partner Sites" with buttons and text + banners underneath, I want something like that as well so I can put ads on my toplist
Header:
- Hentailounge.com
- Hentai Girl and some kind of text, maybe the definition of "Hentai" (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hentai)
- There should be room for a 468*60pix banner
- Buttons like described above
Body:
- This should exist of two parts. One part will contain the toplist and should left blank in the design, the other part will contain the ads.
