Techware is software created to emulate a computer technician. It can be setup on a schedule to do everything that should be performed on a computer which most people either do not know how to do or they do not have the time to do it. Which in turn can prevent many issues before they become major problems.
It can also be used to repair many problems on your computer by utalizing many of the exact methods a real technician would use. For example with a few clicks of your mouse button Techware can cleanup many of the worst viruses that are circulating the internet right now. Techware is constantly updated with the most sophisticated methods that real computer technicians use everyday. On top of all this it is complete with a true help desk where you can speak with real technicians who can assist you as well.
Every user account at IT techware is complete with a logging system where users can easily check the maintenance logs on every computer in their account. For instance this means companies that need to take care of multiple computers around the world will have a place to keep track of every computer in their account. Which extremely limits the amount of wasted time tracking down issues.
Siginet is the mind behind programs like "Windows XP PowerPacker" and "RVM Integrator". We at IT Techware are proud to have him on our team helping us revolutionize the IT tech industry.
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
IT techware's target market is anyone with a PC. But to be more specific we would like to have the site split this down into at least 3 categories. "Home Users", "Businesses" and "Technicians". Our main market will more than likley be "Computer Technicians". We will be offering Technitians job opprotunities where they can make an income off of each clients computer they service.
I have attached our IT techware logo which will need to be incorporated into the site. You are welcome to modify the colors of it to match your version of the site.
We don't actually have a preference for the colors of the site right now.
I do not want to use any Flash on this site. I want this site to be compatable with IE, Firefox and any other internet browser... as well as mobile phones.
This should be a very attractive site. It should make the company look like a large corporation. I like glossy graphics as well.
It should be very simple to navigate. People on the site should easily be able to see where they go to purchase the product, easy to see the login and have a very user friendly experience.
On this page it should have info about the main program. It should have a menu bar which will link to other simular pages. The menu bar should have a sub catagory bar under it with multiple options for that catagory (or something simular). It should also have a place for users to login. The hompage template will be used for many other pages on the site as well. My web coder will make sure I can add multiple pages from this template to the site.
This page will be a place where I will be able to show screenshots of the program(s). Each screenshot will need to be clickable so the user can enlarge photos. There should be info next to each screenshot.
User Login Page(s):
This will be when the user logs in. There will be a new menu for logged in users. They will have one page that will show the logs created for each of the computers in their account. I'll post a username / password in the "Existing Website" section of this design breif. You all can use this to login to the site to get an idea of how a logged in users account functions. I will need a template to use for this section that my web coder can implement to each of the pages. The main page I'd like you all to work on is the Computer logs section.
Edit 12/10/2010: I'm thinking it would be very cool to have the User Login Page look sort of like my program. With the tabs representing the menu bar.
The tabs would have these categories:
"My Account", "Computers", "License & Payments", "Account Information", "Contact" and "My Back Office"
This is the old site. Which has the old name of the program. I do not want the site to look anything like this site. The core code of the site will still be used but the layout does not need to follow this structure in any way.
If you would like to login to view the current user interface you can use these login details:
I like the look and feel of this site but I want my site to have a different feel to it. I don't want my site to clone their site: http://TeamViewer.com
If you use this beta site to build your ideas from please be sure to modify the software box to use the new logo. We did not use this beta site because we decided it did not fit what we were looking for.
