Simple, clean design for poll website

Todosopinan.com is a site that gives the opportunity to people to vote and give their opinions of certain areas of interest like: Sports, politics, enterteinment.

We have had a logo design from http://99designs.com/contests/30673 and the logo should match the design.

We want one homepage and two sub-pages to be designed. You can work on the homepage design first. Only those who are rated with 4 star or above for homepage design must submit the rest of the two sub-pages for final selection.

1. We want a layout that can be distinguished and innovative.

2. We feel that the modern design of using words with big font to catch attention is a good practice, please implement.

3. Design must be simple and easy to understand for our non tech savvy users.

4. Please use the attached logo for website design. Use the color of your choice.

5. We have provided a list of websites we like in the attached excel file for reference.

6. Design need to be submitted in .psd format with layers.

7.The design should be able to convert to HTML and CSS easily.

8. Its really a simple layout since it only involves a few elements.
