Rugby Club Website

I need a template for a rugby club website. See the brief for more information

Desired Color Scheme:
Blue / White / Red

Accepted File Formats:
Layered Formats (.psd or .tiff)

Colours:
Blue / White / Red (for highlighting) - you MUST stick to these colours as they are the club colours
Menu:
The menu will be a drop down menu with the following top level items:
- Home
- 1st XV Rugby
- News
- Fanzone
- About Us
- Sponsors
- Facilities
- Directions
- Amateur Rugby
- Youth Rugby
- Womens Rugby
- ContactThe Layout:
You are free to create whatever layout you think would best meet the clients needs. However there are a few important things that MUST be in the layout.
- There must be space for a sponsorship banner at the very top of the page of approx (w)465px x (h)50px
- The design must include space for sponsors logo's in a prominent place.  The logo's are approx (w)160px x (h)90px
- Any masthead image must be no bigger than (h)160px
- You need to include a logon form
- The home page must contain the following; Latest news, League Table, Upcoming fixture(s), Previous Fixture(s), Sponsor logo'sAccessibility:
You must keep accessibility and usability in mind when designing the site.  The design must be able to be created in valid XHTML and CSS.  There will be NO flash on this site.
The design must also create smooth user experience and guide them through the site easily.

You will be able to find images that you can use from there.  If you use any other images you must have full permission to do so!
I only need to see your home page design as the same basic design will be used throughout. I will do my best to give detailed feedback on a regular basis (daily if possible). This contest has a short timeframe as I have a short development timeframe so need the design ASAP.
