ReminderGeek.com
We are a small company with three employees trying to get our first product off of the ground. The product is a software as a service that will allow a person to schedule a SMS reminder to be sent to their phone or any other phone registered to their account. Besides the logo we don't have much of an idea of how it should look other than some very basic sketches we have done.
I would guess our target audience would be home consumers, somewhere between novice computer and fairly tech savvy users. An example would be a mom scheduling reminders to be sent to her kids and husband phones to remind them about appointments or things to bring home.
We would like the site design to reflect the non business audience by be skewing towards a twitter, facebook style and less like a standard product website
I would like to nail down the main data entry page and I figure the rest will follow.
We need to have a place to the user to enter a date, time and text to send in the SMS message. On the same page should be a summary of any upcoming reminders that are scheduled to be sent. If possible I would also like to have some sort of list of all the users associated with the account. I am thinking along the lines of how twitter has the messages on the left and a right side bar that has the user info. instead of just listing the logged in user provide space to display the other people too.
Attached are our logo and a really bad sketch that I did to give an idea of what we may be looking for. Feel free to use your design skills to make the site look and operate the way you want it to work in real life.
