We want to display the products, give our opinions of them (review them), explain why we rated them in a certain order, and then have a clear call to action. We always prefer our call to action to be above the fold of the page, if it works well with the design.
Here are example of sites doing the same thing:
a little long winded and just very plain looking. Call to action way to low on the page.
consumer-advice.org/BackgroundChecks/ : plain looking, but a pretty good sales pitch. However, the reviews and ratings are clear and obvious and calls the action nicely.
We will basically be promoting the same products as the sites above, so any product logo you want to include in the design can be viewed on the above examples.
We feel that all of the pages above are lacking the right appeal and can easily be out done. Here is and example of a page that pitches different products, but has a great concept:
