Tagline: Unlocking latent potential
Alchemy Capital Partners is a private equity firm that focuses on lower middle market consolidations in the industrials and services sectors. We started Alchemy Capital Partners in 2018 after long careers working at larger firms, with over 40 years combined of investing and operating experience.
Our investment philosophy is centered on the concept we call Organizational Wellbeing. Drawing on principals of organizational health, continuous improvement and employee development (both personal and professional), we believe that companies based on clarity, cohesiveness and transparency can unlock the latent potential in an organization and its people (the alchemy). So, when supporting a consolidation strategy, we look to partner with executive teams that will grow the business without growing the bureaucracy and will actively support all the stakeholders that make an organization successful: the customers, suppliers and the employees as well as the investors.
Navigating Successful Transitions
Alchemy specializes in situations where there is an ownership transition for family-owned or closely-held businesses. Most of our investment career has involved assisting founders and entrepreneurs in implementing succession plans as they have looked to make a personal transition out of executive leadership, while making sure the company they have built is in safe hands. Every situation is unique and we enjoy working with founders and entrepreneurs to craft the solution that is optimal for themselves and their business.
