This is a website template to be used as the home pages for our loan officers.

Desired Color Scheme:
White, Blue and a third color. Orange is a possibility but not required.

Desired Style:
professional, clean, classy look. fast loading.

This is a website template to be used as the home pages for our loan officers.
It has to be clean, professional looking, concentrate on the loan officer firsts, but include the company logo on the site also. We will be redoing the company logo, so just put something where its going to be and that will be replaced with the logo later on.

Main links (tabs) on the header. They might have pull down options

Secondary links on the header. (smaller or not bold, or different color) Make them look like they are secondary links

The center of the page (below the header) will have
1- the center is for different messages, photos, to the consumer that will be changed daily or periodically. Will have an "apply now" button there also
2- on one side the photo of the loan officer, not just the head shot, but bigger. Could be bigger that the center photo section.

- Body area needs to be white
- The loan office will type his/her message to borrowers/realtors here.
- Need to have a small testimonial area somewhere on the main page, preferably at the bottom section on one side.

Try to minimize slow loading graphics. Links can be text with different background, etc
