Your Commitment to Change
As a team of committed, like-minded franchise professionals, we meet quarterly in Southbury, CT. Our “Summits” are led by one of our ZorSource coaches. All of our coaches are experienced franchisors, with unique abilities to draw the most out of every participant.
Our “Summits” consist of a series of focusing exercises, regular reviews of progress and planning for the next quarter, and sharing with peers to increase learning and accountability.
Progress builds in stages, and after three years of the Program, or 12 quarterly Summits, most Franchisors have significantly transformed themselves and their organization to support greater productivity, unlimited growth, and greatly expanded personal freedom.
