Tingl - a new social communication tool for business homepages.
FIVE Solutions GmbH, an Austrian start-up firm, is launching a new Internet-solution by December 2010, called “tingl”
The solution is a 1:1 multimedia real-time-communication tool for business homepages, online-shops and contact profiles
The solution is an easy way for clients to contact sellers, experts and communities in real-time – it simplifies and combines instant messaging, chat, VoIP, telephony, video communication, live-support and online customer service.
The components of the solution are:
• A contact button for websites
• PC to PC communication per choice:
• Text chat
• Rerouting to legacy phone.
• An agent application to manage the communication
• An admin application to manage the set-up
We are not a web agency, who want just have ideas for a client of us. We don't find a good designer and the design is used by ourselves. Therefore we use 99designs, as we already did for our logo. We will as well post a button design for the contact button.
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
The target group of the solution is small companies (1 to 50 employees). For those kinds of customers a solution should be offered that they easily can be contacted out of their website, blog or newsletter. We know that small companies are not always online; therefore the solution offers a possibility for an automatic rerouting to a legacy (cell) phone. The client who wants to contact the customer must not decide how the connection should be established. The client can decide later on, if the own webcam shall be switched on. The customer can only show his video (one way video chat – two way audio chat). To manage rerouting- and waiting time a predefined video (ad) is displayed.

Please read the attached CI/CD document carefully. It describes a many basic requirements, especially colors.
The sales landing page MUST convert. It's important to get customers signing in. It's all about conversion.
Find attached scribbles on our concept ideas (It's not a must to follow the concept). The scribbles are in Balsamiq (bmml Files- http://balsamiq.com/ ), additional als pdf (tingl LP scribbles 10-11-05.pdf)
The winner needs to provide us with all source files (especially images and graphics) and it's copyrights. You are welcome to use free licensed images from photo stocks (e.g. gettyimages.com or istockphoto.com) . If so we will purchase the usage rights (provide us with the links). The source files shall be in jpg (or png) AND in psd (or other Adobe format).
If you use a CMS for designing (e.g. Dreamweaver, Joomla, Typo.3, etc.) we are happy you provide us with those source files or coding (html, css) as well.

We need a design for
- "plans and prices" and
The entire site-map you see in the navigation at the scribbles.
All pages shall be optimized to max 1024px center justified.
Use big font types and much space between elements.
Home: The main feature is in that height, that a content below is visible at a resolution with 600 px (motivation to scroll).
Use the right button color on the right places to convert (usually green).
"Plans & Pricing" is important that functions and features have a good and easy to understand structure.
2. The Application User Interface:

- agent admin.
Important is that the app. is easy to use and easy to understand (somehow as well a "Skype experience"). Buttons and Icons in the Application shall be inspirational and easy to find. Use some 3D or shadow elements (some examples in the attached CI/CD document)
