We aim to create a young, dynamic and fresh approach in an industry dominated by ‘traditional’ companies. We believe that talent is the key driver. We aim to develop long-term relationships with the people that interact with us.
The website should focus on ease of use for two primary audiences: candidates and clients. The candidates need to be able to search for and find the job they want easily. If nothing appeals, they need to be encouraged and able to submit their resumes/CVs and details. The site should be a “sticky” site that gives the candidates not only job listings, but additional tools (but not a social networking site). Clients/Recruiters – need to be able to get in touch with us easily and find out more about our philosophy/principles and working practices. Marketing folks should also be able to directly contact the principals in regards to PR engagements. Implicit in this strategy is the concept of scalability. We also want to develop a section that covers market information and helps candidates find out more about securing a job in the sector, which will be developed over time.
The site needs to tread the line between appealing to the younger generation (potential candidates), whilst also not putting off the older (potential clients). As such we’d prefer a clean, simple site with intuitive functions that is both fun, interesting and usable. NOT LOOKING FOR JUST A LIST OF JOBS! Although that would be a good inside page for after the candidate does a job search...
