ngMedia was superb. Top-notch work, professionally done, quick turn-around and always very responsive. He exceeded our expectations in terms of the caliber of his designs and also as far as his work ethic. The designs were very original and stood out relative to a very competitive field of other great contestants. I look forward to engaging with him in the future and would highly recommend him to others.
How Laura Schjeldahl started their web page design journey
Onsharp, a web dev company, owns the application SmartPay. SmartPay is an electronic invoicing/payment system. We create customized & branded portals for merchants to post bills that their customers can login to see & pay.
The colors of the portal are different for almost every merchant. The page layout & style remain the same.
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
The merchant's customers are the target audience here. If the merchant is a cable company, the customer might be you! Imagine yourself going online to view and pay your cable bill (or a doctor bill, utility bill).
People come here to pay their bills, so we don't want to distract them from their primary purpose.
The interface already exists. We need you to reorganize the page to include 1 or 2 advertisements that the merchant (cable company) wants the customer to see - kind of like when they include those annoying ads with the bill you get in the mail.
The merchant will be able to decide if they want to include 1, 2 or no ads on the web page, so the page shouldn't look weird if there aren't any ads and it shouldn't be overwhelming if there are 2.
- standard size for ads
- orientation for ads
- placement of ads
If you think the design of the existing page stinks, feel free to move the elements around, re-size them, make them do the hokey pokey, etc.
Number of pages
Redesign or reorganize the attached page. This will be the initial page the customer sees after they login, or if they click an email link.
This is a stretchy screen, but we would like to optimize for 800x600.
