We create financial product for our clients and ofter, provide asset management and fund-administration services. Our clients are knowledable investors or financial institutions. We are not in the retail market.

This is a purely functional website that needs to be able to provide investor-specific data in a white-labeling framework. We are not trying to sell or provide information to the wild. Users will know that they are entering a reporting-website and also know what to expect.

In order to streamline our digital offering, we want to create an individualized reporting platform. Through this platform we want to provide: - Charts using www.highcharts.com - Presenting Data-Snippets, pulled out of our Document Database (Text for the individual investments and their developments in the reporting period) - Downloadable Documents (These consist mostly of the Data we provide online, just in a PDF format. - Important Dates (Shareholder Meetings, Annual Reports etc.) with corresponding documents. This is a white-labelling platform for our clients. So a certain recollection by using their logos and colours corresponding to their CI is necessary, but our company should still be represented. The white-labelling does not have to to reflect in detail the clients CI, but should focus on visual linking to the client through colours, logo, maybe fonts. You can start by using default a design that is "PMG Style" as a baseline but can be changed through i.e. a specific CSS to be whitelabeled to a client. The website will be programmed adhering to the bootstrap framework and needs to allow for mobile devices too. It has to be content centric, not image-centric. Preferably no images are used, but icons that can follow the colour scheme of the client. The navigation will most likely be one-dimensional. A second level is possible in the future. Reports are created quarterly, users should be able to click on past quarters for historical data/reports The data that is shown corresponds to the excel file, mostly "this quarters summary" and then individual reports for individual Investments. It can have 20 or more individual investments in there, each has the same set of information (like the tabs in the uploaded excel). In order to evaluate we would require - Login screen - Content Page - Mobile view of a content page - An example how it would look for a second client with different logo, colour, maybe font. We provided a second (or third) logo for that. - Whatever you think illustrates the advantages of your option.

The attached file contains Quarterly Report Template (purely content to show what data needs to be shown on the site) - our logo pack and our templates. Although we want the site to be visually linking to the clients CI, we still want to be recoginzable - logo. A sample logo for a client as a white-labeling example - GP Sample Report. A PDF report that could be downloadable and would contain or expandthe information from the website. - The information we show is mostly "dry" data. Of course interesting and relevant but still tables and charts. If we manage to spice up the user experience, it would be an added bonus.
