Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
A personal consulting business that sells analytic products such as scenarios, forecasts, and reports; and that offers my services as a consultant. I am selling to the natural gas industry in North America, with a particular focus on Western Canada.
What industry do you think your business is most related to?
Business & Consulting
What do you have in mind for the style and theme of the web page?
I want the design to look modern and professional. I want it to support the idea that I am competent person with connections to top academic institutions.
The enclosed outline for the page has been modified from the original. The top banner is largely unchanged and includes company logo (enclosed) and buttons for various functions. I would like to bring some prominence to the company logo. I wonder if it could extend down over the top part of the background picture so it could be larger.
I had the page in three sections previously. I now want only two. The top two thirds of the page will be the picture of the pipelines going into the distance with the revised text over it and the buttons as indicated. The two items at the bottom (WCSB scenarios to 2035 and In the Crosshairs) are the products I am looking to sell so I would like them to be somewhat prominent.
On the right are three buttons as shown that have text connected to them. Top button has stock photos of leaders of China, USA, Mexico, and Alberta. Second button is the enclosed Coastal gas pipeline map. Bottom button for ambitious competitors is proving difficult. Ideally I would like an illustration of three people looking out over something (landscape?). It is taken from the back and each of them has a word on the back of their shirts. The words are "Appy", "Perm", and "Baks". I may have to work on this illustration beyond this process, but if anyone can come up with something like that, or something else that promotes the idea of ambitious competitors it would be helpful. Clicking on the buttons on the right connects users to text on these topics.
I don't have an illustration yet for the WCSB Scenarios to 2035 button at the bottom. I welcome your suggestions. The background for the In the Crosshairs button is the enclosed map with some sort of crosshairs over it and the title of the report. I have also included a version of the map with some bold crosshairs over it if that is helpful.Clicking on these connects users to text (a brochure on these products).
Bottom part of page has picture of me on the left(enclosed); my background, affiliations, and contact beside it: and recent materials on the right with 1 item included under it and room for more items. Clicking on the item takes the reader to a power point presentation.
