The Alumni Plans site outlines voluntary insurance benefits available to members of alumni organizations. The single landing page that we'd like created will be used in online advertising (Facebook ads) to get alumni members to apply for Group 10-Year Term Life Insurance through a form on the page. Our alumni audience is varied and would include individuals with a variety of educational backgrounds at every stage of life.

We need a single landing page that will be used to get alumni members to apply for life insurance through a form on the page. Features of the page would include the following: - University Logo: 100 px wide with varying heights dependent upon logo; place in upper lefthand corner of page - Form: Form needs to have Name, State, and Email Address (with a line that an application form will be emailed to them) as required fields with an opt-in box to glean their email address, and a large call to action button (Start Now) to hit to submit form; would like to see form span the entire page horizontally with form fields on left-hand side of page and cut-out photo on right-hand side (see Free_Tickets_Page.jpg as example of basic form layout I'm talking about) - Image: Large image suitable for life insurance - young family with children - as a cut out on the right-hand side of the form - Call to Action Header: It's Easy to Ensure Your Loved Ones' Financial Stability; located at the top of the horizontal form above the form fields - Body Copy: Use the attached default text (life_insurance_text.doc) and place it under the horizontal form - Footer: just needs copyright 2012 by Marsh U.S. Consumer
