People wanting to build a house or a development but not sure on the steps. Generally people want to know how the end result will look like (ie how the house or the kitchen will look) before they worry about design; so end images are more important than the text.

HOME PAGE - very simple. I would like a larger image as the background that fades to back (i have attached a sample background to use for now. This image will change each time the page is loaded (this will be done ourselves, so for now just use a sample image just for reference). The main thing we need designed is 4 "boxes" that represent the 4 main categories of work that we do. It is suggested that these boxes will be reflective / shiny, or some other effect that makes them stand out, however, in their static form they would be 60% transparent so that the image behind can still be slightly seen. Each one of these boxes will be a link to the "landing pages" and will all look the same except for the content (which we will do ourselves also). The 4 boxes will read (on the headers): 1. Town Planning 2. Building Permits 3. Subdivision 4. Construction These will be just text (not an image) - something we can change ourselves later on and can also be read via "SEO". See attached a sample pic of what these buttons should look like. These boxes will be divided into 4: 1 - The header (there should be a second image for this to show it illuminate or similar when the mouse is hovered over the top of it). 2 - Left side - a video preview (a video we will input ourselves) 3 - Right side - image preview (a slideshow we will input ourselves) 4 - The bottom - text overview (text we will input ourselves) Also required are additional links that should be displayed less predominately more in the style of buttons simple (reflective) or some type of animated bottom or side menu selectors: -About Us -Franchise -Networking -Contact Us -Log On See attached a sketched overview of the general direction. LANDING PAGE(S) There will actually be 5 of these, but they will be exactly the same except for the content. The very top of the page will be links (done with the same buttons as used for the Home Page. They will each be done in text (not an image of text). Each of these will need a "hover" feature done for the final design (not important right now). Below the link buttons, we require 4 x boxes that will be labeled the same as the boxes taken from the Home Page. There will need to be 2 versions of these: 1. A "hover" version 2. A version whereby it will be enlarged showing the user which page they are one (for example, when they are on the "Building Permits" page, the other 3 boxes will be normal size, the Building Permits box will be enlarged. The main items for this page are the larger video and image display which is the same as the front page but larger and separated. Once again, these should be 60% transparent to overlay the large image behind (same idea as the home page). Below, we would like "5 Reasons why we are better" which will include 5 x medium boxes that will each be divided into text and an image. The top part will have text that we can change ourselves, below will be a static image. Each of these 5 boxes will open a "fancy box" which we will do ourselves also. Below will be (multiple) line boxes which will have text headings. Once pressed, they will expand to contain a box filled with text that we will enter ourselves. For now please design for only 3 of these.
