We are an online Real Estate portal. We help users to search for properties available for Rent and Purchase. Our target audience includes anyone who is searching online for properties available on rent or for purchase.

1) Special emphasis on visual design, typography (font to be used is Proxima Nova semi-bold and regular) 2) Use the Housing Blue as the primary color but you can introduce required secondary colors. 3) Design should be flat but can explore new visual styles. 4) Responsive layout (no map view in mobile). 5) Brownie points for brilliant animation based interactions.

The page which we want to be designed is Compare Shortlist Page for our website. Once user has shortlisted few properties they should be able to compare them easily. We have attached the screenshots of current design being used. We want you all to focus on solving the following challenges in current design: 1) We are not satisfied with the current layout of this page. Only 3-4 flats are visible at a time in this view. 2) We want to view maximum number of properties in one go. 3) If a user clicks on a marker on map view it should highlight the corresponding property from the shortlisted ones. 4) Minimize the amount of scrolling required to view all the details and shortlisted properties.

Avoid using glossy and skeuomorphic elements.
