This is the main screen for a desktop app to . Or one can call it a page in the meeting notebook. The page is to capture meeting notes and tasks, URL Links etc and organize them very well . Primary objective is to capture meeting notes and tasks (embedded). So this will take most of the space. Also to keep notes organized and in context there is going to be additional info. Tasks are recorded in the text itself but also take in additional info such as due date, assignee etc. As per as color, I like midnight blue, Turquoise. But happy to use your creativity
