$500 brazil property company Uncoded template contest

$500 for design plus and extra $200 for coding a website for a real estate company specializing in Brazil. The company is called UV10 and the logo is at http://www.uv10.com.

I am after 2 templates, one being the home page and the other being based on the homepage but usable for other content, so really the homepage with bits taken out where text and images can be inserted easily and will still flow.

Design qualities: Classy and professional yet fresh, happy and appealing, incorporating popular mental images of north-east Brazil (ie. Beaches, living the dream, ocean, palm trees, hammock, havaianas flip-flops) without being corny.

Corporate colours as in logo to blend in with photos of oceans and beach. Mainly focus on blue.

Text in centre will be quite text heavy

Mini-enquiry form at bottom of every page ie. name, tel, email address all obligatory

Downloadable Free buyers guide brochure to link to from home page, requiring submission of details (submission is either on this page or another)

Featured development of the month with option to link to Development page

Would like some sort of banner saying Guaranteed rental returns
And another saying "Prices start from around 30,000 GBP"
