Portal with search engine and reviewed links www.a4.no

I have run a4.no for many years with same design, and I want to upgrade it. It is not mandatory to replace the logo, I would rather keep it, but you migth improve it. It says A4 Startsiden (means something like A4 StartPage or A4 Portal). It only contains quality checked links (or are supposed to at least) to Norwegian websites. 3 htmlpages needed, but just submit one screenshot for now, you can design and code the rest of the pages later if you win.

Desired Color Scheme: white, maybe some blue Accepted File Formats: html, psd, css Please see my other contest if you want something simplier. I created A4 to be a simple page to find Links in a very traditional (or A4) way. A4 can translate to traditional/conservative here in Norway. The logo used to be a A4 format page in background I like white and instead use colors around to ligthen the page up. 3 different colors max on the entire website. There should be place for Google Ads somewhere. Searchengine should be central on the page. Maybe add a latest links a bit down on the page with a line or two with description, under my most popular categories. You can ignore news (VG to the rigth), maybe Google ad instead there? Just suprise me :) You may remove or add anything, but I prefer to have at least the elements on that page in some way: static header/footer/menu that is contant/the same on the three pages, the alphabeth selector, category list, most popular categories (the one under Yahoo! style categories), the search engine and latest on television now. Also a linked title bar. I do not want html tables or global css style that will destroy any custom bulleting board and similar. Three pages: Frontpage, listing (http://www.a4.no/Helse_og_samliv/Familie/index.php) and the top 10 pages based on rating and votes (http://www.a4.no/karakter/). Same header, footer and menu on all the three pages, simliar to how it is now.
