Design a striking & feminine tattoo with a velociraptor fossil & flowers

I am looking to get two major lifetime interests of mine - dinosaurs and flowers - put together into a fun, whimsical, and striking black and white tattoo design with the saying "c'est la vie" in an almost cameo portrait style layout
What's your vision?
I am looking to get a thigh tattoo (around 5-6 inches tall by 4 inches wide) of a black velociraptor fossil vector, surrounded by wild flowers, with the words "c'est la vie" under/above it (possibly in a banner) I like layouts that have the flowers and ferns acting as a sort of wreath/frame around the fossil, like a classic cameo portrait I want the design to only use black - the fossil should be solid to juxtapose the light and delicate/detailed looking flowers. No shading other than using black lines for crosshatching or stippling to create a shading effect - no actual grey tones are to be used. I want the fossil to be in the typical 'curled' position that velociraptor fossils are shown in - I have two examples in the images - so that the flowers and ferns can go around it, almost like a wreath. I like geometric shapes, dotting techniques, and other various things to fill in empty spaces and make it more appealing and eye catching without a lot of dead space. There are a few examples of this in the photos as well! Details such as a dotted circle, like a 'halo', in the background or various 'fillers' with lines and dots are totally acceptable. You are free to use most types of flowers (predominantly wild flowers, and not things like roses or lilies) - I am not super picky, but I want this to remind me of being a kid picking wild flowers while pretending to hunt for dinosaur fossils. Whimsical, light and feminine, to juxtapose the less-feminine image of a velociraptor fossil! I like daisies, poppies, carnations, sunflowers, zinnia, buttercups, etc etc. Avoid flowers that curl out (like lilies). I've also included general styles that I like for how to show the depth of the flowers without using grey shading - solid and thin lines, stipping, and broken up lines to create shading versus a 'smudged' or 'blended' grey.
I want "c'est la vie" to either be in a classic tattoo font, or a serif almost 'typewriter' font. Must be on the final design. I love a lot of whimsical and light design elements, so if you need to fill space with things, feel free to try something different! Geometric elements are chill with me. I really enjoy the work of "Miss Jul1et" as a tattoo artist, and I have some of her work in the photos for reference (the photo with the flower and dragonfly is one of them) - there are other tattoo artists referenced in the photos for ideas on styles. This is going onto my thigh, and is very personal to me - I want it to represent my very soft and feminine side, as well as my quirky and nerdy tomboy side. Size shouldn't be too large, but around 5-6 inches tall by 4 inches wide. Whatever fills the space best - use your best judgment! Make sure there isn't too much 'empty' space, try and get things to be framed well and flow together.

It was such a great pleasure being able to work with this extremely talented designer, who was down-to-earth enough to agree in a super friendly manner to, and quickly accommodate all of my particular demands for small details. The designer was so nice that even when I had to change the design back to the original on a second thought after getting it modified, the designer was never reluctant and very understanding. Whenever I was not certain what styles/ colors I should go with, I was always given several options to choose from, which made it much easier for me to visualize the perfect image I was after and decide. The designer was very supportive with my project, and went extra miles to provide me with all the material files I would possibly need for my future use. Superb designer with outstanding talent and kindest service, I would love to work together again and highly recommend to anyone who seeks great experience with an amazing designer.
Along the way, they met lots of talented designers…
