Practice and Teach Kettlebell Lifting. The Russian Sport of lifting Kettlebells for Fitness and Health. Strength is a skill, so it is where the Classroom Meets the Gym, but is a minimalist approach to fitness: Less is More. We preach the concept of, you don't need fancy machines to exercise. Russia has done extensive studies on this sport and it has been their well kept secret to athletic performance.
What inspires you and how do you envision the design for your business?
The Gym is called Total Zen so I gave the Kettlebell Club the name: Total Zen Kettlebell Club. I have a Kettlebell drawn in a brush stroke that I would like to some how blend with this technical drawing of one of the lifts. I put the two together and placed some fonts but it was just so you could see the items or concepts that are involved. There is the Zen-Like atmosphere of our Gym combined with the Scientific Research conducted by Russian Sports Science. The Training is simple but it is not easy.
Other notes
I want the design to have a Zen / Russian Look. A symbol of strength that is strong but not aggressive.
