New t-shirt design wanted for awesome sysadmins

This is a personal request, not a business.

I want a t-shirt design based on a phrase we used on my old job: "good sysadmins shoot unicorns". I want a good illustration to go with it, specially if it involves dead unicorns and smoking guns. It has to include the phrase. The basic idea of the phrase is that a good sysadmin does whatever is needed to protect his datacenter/servers, even shooting cute unicorns.

This is a t-shirt for nerds, so it's better if the design can be applied to black and colored fabrics. Also, I am looking for illustrations that don't look too anime or clipart.
