t-shirt design for Gerdny Sailing Team

We are a team sailing a classic yacht (wooden boat). The boat was built in 1918 and is 63 foot long. It is built according to the 95 sqm rule and we compete on the classic racing cucuit in the Baltic Sea. Apperance of boat and crew are very important. For our uniforms (each crewmember has identical clothes) for next year we would like a logo design that we could print/stitch onto the clothes. A winning design would also include simple skeches and a brief on the looks of the crewgear (placing of the logo and color scheme of clothes).
