Retro Shirt Design of Dog With Glasses On

I want the design to sort of look retro. It's going to be of my huskies face with her glasses on (I will provide a reference photo) and I would like an almost rainbow ish (but not necessarily the colors) extending around it. I will provide a reference photo as well. I would like for you to match the colors of Nukka's fur, eyes, and glasses as much as possible! I don't want it to be a different color. I was thinking it would look more like an image rather than a cartoon. I'm thinking the colors extending around the image are different shades of blue!

I would like the design for the front and I want there to be a spot, perhaps on the sleeve or side or back on shirt/sweatshirt where it says my username - madmatthies This will be for my tiktok merchandise. I would also just want my huskies face, not her body. It doesn't have to be an exact copy of the image, just as close as you can and make sure her face is straight forward. In the images I provided - the images I am talking about are the one with the Go clim a CACTUS an its a circle with the colors around it. That is sort of the idea I want around Nukka (my dogs) image.
