We are looking to have a logo, business card template/image, letterhead image, and powerpoint background image created for a Columbus based real estate investing group.

Accepted File Formats: Standard Web Formats (.jpg, .gif or .png); Vector Formats (.eps, .pdf or .ai) Prize: $350 for the best logo, business card, powerpoint background, and letterhead "package" design. Deadline: The winner will be selected withinÂ 5 days of the original posting.Â We reserve the right to end (or extend) the contest early if a winner is found. Guaranteed Winner: We guarantee that we will pick one winner for this contest and they will receive the full prize amount. Payment Method: PayPal, check or money order (open to other payment methods as well). Background Information: This logo package will be used for our local Real Estate Investors Association Design Details: Logo: 1) This group provides education to local real estate investors.Â The mission statement for the group is below.Â The logo should reflect this statement: Â Â A group of investors, landlords, lenders, real estate service providers, vendors and Realtors who meet monthly to advance their interest in residential, multifamily and commercial investment properties. REIA of Columbus meetings offer you the greatest opportunity to meet and network with members with similar interests. 2) We are open to different color schemes, so do not feel constrained by colors. 3) Please be creative on this.Â We will provide feedback along the way to keep you moving in the right direction. 4) The logo for this project does not need to contain some form of a house.Â We are not opposed to using a house in the design, but please do not limit yourself to this criterion. 5) Â Feel free to browse the groupâ€™s website for ideas at: www.reiacolumbus.org. 6) The logo must be provided in a vector format so we can use it at various sizes. Package Design and Contents: 1) Letterhead: a) Incorporate the logo into a header and footer type of template for use with standard letter and legal sized paper. (See exampleÂ of another one of our letterheads for reference here: www.nobullrealestate.com/images/letterheadexample.jpg). b) The letterhead design can be a simple jpg (or similar) type of image that can be used as a background/watermark in Microsoft Word to create a letterhead. 2) Powerpoint Background: a) Incorporate the logo into an image to be used as a powerpoint background.Â (See example of another one of our powerpoint slides here: www.nobullrealestate.com/images/powerpointexample.jpg). b) The Powerpoint design can be a simple jpg (or similar) type of image with dimensions of 1024 X 768 pixels. 3) Business Card: a) Incorporate the logo into a standard business card size design (3.5 inches X 2 inches) b) The business card design can be any standard image file that can be opened with Photoshop (or similar program). Rules: We will do our best to post feedback in this thread at least once per day, but reserve the right to post every other day if we get busy.We also reserve the right to end this contest early even if we havenâ€™t given everyone feedback on their design.Please submit only original work.Â No copying from others!Â All property rights, intellectual property, copyrights, and trademarks of the design are transferred to Columbus REIA, LLC upon payment.
