What the organisation does: Personal training one to one run by Rowan Tissera, online training programmes designed by Rowan and fitness products for sale on teamrowan.co.uk.
The brand is in it's infancy but has built up a strong social following in insta, fb and youtube.
Target audience: 30-50, mostly female clients (80%) UK based for online programmes and London based for one to one training, educated and affluent (can afford a personal trainer) and want to look and feel their best.
The brand is built on self-belief and confidence. It’s about helping my clients change their mindset to realise that they can achieve anything they want. It’s about changing their lives and opening doors to allow them to best they can be.
We give them online and offline training. I work on teaching clients the right techniques to tone and sculpt their body inside and outside the gym. I provide them with nutrition plans and recipes to help them reach their goals. We work with clients to create goals, hit them, reset them, repeat.
It’s more than a one-to-one approach. It’s a team of people who all receive training becoming a tribe and a community who cheer each other on to help reach their goals. Its not just one hour a week in the gym, it’s 24 hours a day, the support is around the clock via videos, discussions on whatsapp groups and blogs on the website. I share motivational quotes, drive time videos, circuit videos and my favourite recipes with everyone who gets training.
All content shared with customers on social channels is split between 1. Being body focused - exercise and fitness related. 2. Being mind focused - mindfulness, meditation, the importance of mindset. 3. Being nutrition focused - nutrition, recipes, snacking, meal ideas etc.
It's more than just exercise for me, it's about changing lives for good and making the customer feel amazing at the end of every session and showing them that anything is possible.
