We would like to convey in the logo the triangle, which stands for the 3 traits of a successful leader (talent, leadership skills, and character development). Triangle also symbolizes the foundation and growth model. The circle is for continuous improvement and community/mentoring and helping others/team. Somehow convey achieving greatness, operating at peak performance, or similar - conveyed as top diamond or arrow in provided image. (image found on google and cropped to remove bottom part - we do not own this image)
