Optimal Strength Gains (OSG) aims to be the most complete and comprehensive web and app tool for strength athletes, strength training program designers and personal trainers or coaches, with the objective to optimize the strength athlete’s progression within the categories: strength, power, muscular endurance and hypertrophy (bodybuilding).
This by the help of data -retrieval, -processing and -presentation (statistics) of the strength athletes progress, divided into different levels and populations.
Optimal Strength Gains consists of three main components with separate login profiles, the Strength Athlete profile, the Strength Program Designer profile and the Personal Trainer profile. Together, the three units will form an extensive tool designed to optimize the individual strength athlete's training progress. A customer may choose to have access to one, two or all three profiles.
