What our organization does:
LondonCryo offers its clients whole-body cryotherapy (WBC) sessions. The term "cryotherapy" comes from the Greek cryo (κρύο) meaning cold, and therapy (θεραπεία) meaning cure; it basically means cold therapy. WBC is administered via a CryoSauna, which involves the client disrobing to their undergarments, putting on gloves and special socks, and entering the CryoSauna. During a session in our state-of-the-art CryoSauna the client’s body will be briefly enveloped in a fine nitrogen mist and safely cooled up to −160°c for up to 3 minutes. The natural response to the cold is an increase in blood flow to the internal organs and a flooding of the red blood cells with oxygen, nutrients and enzymes. On leaving the CryoSauna, the client’s temperature rapidly returns to normal releasing the enriched blood back into the skin and muscle tissues for immediate and lasting results. Our Clients will be enthralled with the high-tech unique guest experience which begins when they book a session from our mobile App and ends when they leave the premises feeling completely invigorated, ready to book their next session.
