The purpose of the power5 business is to give people the power to take control of their health and wellbeing. We will do this by providing products, services and training that promote natural healthy living based on ancestral health/paleo principles. power5 will be promoting our power plan for health and wellbeing which will focus on the 5 key areas
1. recharge = building energy levels through nutrition and exercise
2. rewire = developing positive mindset and improving brain strength
3. reshape = physical strength and weight loss
4. relax = relaxation programs to destress the body and the mind
5. renew = constant learning, constant improvement, building a new you!
The power5 business will initially be online, where we will provide educational programs and health and wellbeing products e.g supplements, exercise equipment, food products and educational materials.
